To much dissapointment, the Underworld tonight is dead. Due to unfortunate events, The Acacia Strain had to pull out, and no replacement was made. It was very obvious to all whom were there that this
is the reason there’s so much legroom tonight.
First on tonight are Salt The Wound, obviously not a well heard of band tonight, with a maximum of 8 fans that actually appreciate this band really. This band have a pretty generic metal sound to them, but they do it well. Pretty brutal beatdowns and screams fill the floor and after a half hour set, they eventually leave the stage.
As there is no second support, Aborted are next to the stage. They nail every song on the head, and have a set list made for a king. There is absolutely no dissapointment to those who’ve come to see
the Death Metal mad men tonight. Once again, due to unfortunate events, this time involving cracked ribs, one of Aborted’s guitarists is no where to be seen so Salt The Wound’s Jake Scott fills in, and definitly does a blinding job. Nothing could describe this show more than the word “Metal”.
After a super-extended set, and a 2-song encore, Abored finally retire from the stage, leaving this greedy crowd wanting hours and hours more. [8]
