Puggy are mixed nationalities Indie band from the UK, Sweden and Belgium with a sound that can only be described as catchy and warming. With a much larger sound than the three piece they actually are this album is extremely easy to listen to and makes the decision of “Do I add this to my iPod or not” a no brainer. ‘Out of hand’ and ‘Dubois’ are fantastic tracks but then it is hard to find a single track that isn’t likeable. ‘Times like these’ is a slower more chilled song but these guys are well ahead of their time and ours and one to definitely watch out for in 2008. With such an international theme to this band, there wasn’t any surprise tracks like ‘We’ll see’ appear on this well oiled machine of an album. The only let down is that they are not scheduled to play in the UK for the foreseeable future, which is a shame and one people should look to do something about.
